Open-source scientometric tool for topics trend analysis in scientific publications

ScientoPy is an open-source Python-based scientometric analysis tool that enables researchers to import datasets from Clarivate Web of Science (WoS) and Scopus, preprocess and deduplicate records, and analyze research trends across multiple criteria including author keywords, institutions, countries, and document types. It provides five visualization types (bar charts, bar trends, timelines, evolution graphs, and word clouds), calculates h-index, Average Growth Rate (AGR), and Average Documents per Year (ADY) indicators, and supports both a graphical (PySide6/Qt) and command-line interface on Windows, Linux, and macOS.
